Snow Fox Skincare Has Arrived

Founded by Phoebe Song, who suffered from Rosacea and left a career in finance to launch Snow Fox Skincare with the aim to provide a solution for super sensitive skin, her brand is a testament to the fact that you don’t need harsh ingredients in order for skincare to work. With values rooted in sustainability, gender equality and non-performative allyship, Snow Fox prioritises clean living with natural and cruelty-free ingredients. I also love the fact they they are all about a hollistic approach to beauty and well-being.
There are so many good products from the range – some I’ve tried and some I really want to try. Here are my favourites and my little review of each.
This hydrating moisturiser is a bit of a hero product. It’s kind of like a jack-of-all-trades cream which is suitable to address firmness, fine lines, wrinkles, acne, ageing, dry skin and loss of elasticity. It contains Glycerol which is an excellent ingredient, peppermint extract which improves oily skin and Aloe Vera Leaf Extract to name but a few. I’ve actually been using it on my kids on their skin (a couple of scars on their legs etc.,) and I feel it’s helping with the appearance.
Snow Fox Gua Sha Hair & Scalp Brush:
I think this is 24k gold-plated Gua Sha hair brush is probably my favourite product from the range, in fact I use it every day with a scalp oil. I never realised how important scalp health is…especially as we get older and our hair starts to thin. Every element of this hairbrush is handmade and assembled by traditional Taiwanese brush makers. You hardly get anything like this anymore – handmade from scratch. This sort of brush making is so unique and sadly is a dying form.. The needles are made from a special blend of titanium, stainless steel and gold that doesn’t scrape the scalp – it stimulates all the pressure points and it’s so comfortable. It promotes healthy hair growth, stimulates acupressure points and boosts and balances blood circulation in the scalp. You can literally feel it releasing all the stress from your day! This would be my number one product to get from the range and also makes a fab gift to someone.
Snow Fox Anti-Pollution Biopolymer Serum:
When you combine French skin technology and Japanese production technology to produce an all-day hydration and resistance dual-effect formula, you then realise that this immediately needs to be part of your daily skin care regime. This clever moisturiser acts as a protective shield to resist external pollutants such as PM2.5 and PAH and block UVB and UVA. It also provides the skin with a triple water-locking effect for 48 hours whilst lifting, brightening, soothing and repairing the skin. It does SOOO much! It’s also wonderful as a makeup base because of its light and silky texture.
Snow Fox Blueberry Bakuchiol Facial Oil:
What I love about this is the fact that it absorbs really quickly into the skin without leaving any sort of sticky residue. It’s lightweight, silky, promotes the production of collagen and elastin, great for dry environments and for anti-ageing plus it can be used on the lips, the neck and around the eyes.
Snow Fox Love Heart Gua Sha Hair and Scalp Brush:
Exactly the same properties as the wooden brush mentioned above, the cute love heart brush fits perfectly in the palm of your hand and is ideal for travelling or just keeping in your handbag. Another great gift idea.
Snow Fox Arctic Breeze Rescue Mask:
This is one of the brands best selling sheet masks. I find this great to use at the end of a long day. It instantly cools, soothes and calms the skin and is particularly good if you’ve been in the sun all day or your skin is just in need of a dose of hydration. Also ideal to use if you’ve had any laser on your skin or microdermabrasion.
